Learning About the Mouse
Welcome to Mouserobics!
To start, click the highlighted 2 below. (If you are continuing from a previous lesson, scroll to the bottom of the page to find your last lesson.)
Here is how!
- Rest the heel of your hand on the table in front of the mouse.
- Hold the mouse between your thumb, ring, and little fingers.
- Use your thumb and fingers to guide the mouse pointer (tip of the arrow) onto the highlighted two.
- When the arrow becomes a pointing finger, hold the mouse still.
- Lightly click the mouse button with your index finger.
- If your mouse has more than one button, click the left button.
- If the next page doesn't appear after you click, you aren't holding the mouse still when clicking.
- The lighter you click, the better the clicking works. Keep trying.
